In the end inspiration came from listening to Nickelback’s song Someday, which is a great track and reminded me of the poem Reaching that I wrote when I uploaded the pic below of the same name.  Funny really when you think about it because it seems I’m still always reaching for something – today it was inspiration, tomorrow who knows?!

REACHING

Because sometimes we reach for what we cannot attain.
Because sometimes even the unattainable is within our reach.
Because the will to reach is better than not reaching at all.
Because reaching out keeps me honest and true.
Because each time I reach it brings me closer to you.
